At least 750 Israelis missing since clashes began Saturday: Report

At least 750 Israelis have been lacking since preventing broke out early Saturday morning, based on native media experiences Sunday.

“According to an unofficial report, approximately 750 Israelis are currently missing,” the each day Jerusalem Post stated on X.

The experiences come after Palestinian resistance teams claimed to have captured an unconfirmed variety of Israeli troopers throughout a Hamas-led operation in opposition to Israel.

The Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of the Palestinian resistance group Hamas, on Saturday claimed capturing a lot of Israeli troopers.

“We have captured many Zionist soldiers who are now our prisoners,” Abu Hamza, a spokesman for Saraya al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of Islamic Jihad group, stated in an announcement.

He added that the Al-Quds Brigades, alongside different Palestinian factions, carried out a sequence of operations as a part of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood.

Hamas launched Operation Al-Aqsa Flood earlier Saturday and stated the shock assault was in response to the storming of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and elevated settler violence. It stated it fired rockets and captured many Israelis.

In flip, the Israeli military initiated Operation Swords of Iron in opposition to Hamas within the Gaza Strip.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated: “We are at war,” and urged civilians in Gaza to go away because the Israeli navy goes to show “all Hamas hiding places into rubble.”

At least 256 Palestinians have been killed within the assaults, based on medical sources in Gaza, whereas the Israeli loss of life toll climbed to 300.

More than 3,000 rockets have been launched by Hamas towards Israel since Saturday morning, based on the Israeli military.

It acknowledged in an announcement on X that troopers had been captured and brought hostage in Gaza, and confirmed that greater than 1,000 Israelis had been injured.
