Two safety guards had been killed and three folks had been injured in a taking pictures on the headquarters of Russia’s largest on-line retailer, Wildberries, situated close to the Kremlin.
Thirty folks have been arrested, the police stated on Wednesday night.
Following the incident, Wildberries founder Tatyana Bakalchuk levelled severe accusations towards her husband, claiming he tried a takeover of the corporate with an armed group.
Bakalchuk reported that the armed people, led by her husband Vladislav, arrived unannounced on the firm’s headquarters. When the safety guards refused them entry, a confrontation ensued, resulting in gunfire.
Vladislav Bakalchuk claimed that he had arrived for negotiations relating to the development of a warehouse when he and his associates had been attacked.
Russian on-line retailer Wildberries, based within the early 2000s by the Bakalchuks, has since turn out to be the most important on-line vendor in Russia.
The couple’s disputes turned public in May when Tatyana introduced a merger with the promoting company Russ, appointing its head, Robert Mirzoyan, as the overall director. The merger is alleged to have been accredited by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Vladislav Bakalchuk, feeling sidelined, obtained assist from Chechen chief Ramzan Kadyrov, who labelled the merger a “hostile takeover” and promised help.
Due to ongoing investigations, the police haven’t formally disclosed details about these concerned in Wednesday’s incident.
