If the injury on a subsea gasoline pipeline and a telecommunications cable beneath the Baltic Sea is confirmed to be the results of a deliberate assault, NATO‘s response might be decided, NATO’s Secretary-general Jens Stoltenberg mentioned on Wednesday.
“If it is proven to be an attack on NATO critical infrastructure (…) it will be met by a united and determined response from NATO,” he instructed response earlier than a gathering of Defence ministers of the alliance.
