A yellow climate alert has been issued Thursday by the Met Office for Storm Agnes due to heavy rains in elements of Wales.
The warning can be in place from 8 p.m. native time Thursday till 2 a.m. Friday, it stated.
The Met Office stated commuters can anticipate spray and flooding which can have an effect on driving circumstances and highway closures. It stated potential flooding could trigger trains and buses to be delayed or canceled.
Storm Agnes hit the north and west of the UK, bringing with it gusts of as much as 135.18 kph (84 mph), which was recorded in Capel Curig, Wales.
