Two members of Russian military barred from U.S. over alleged rights violations

The U.S. State Department mentioned on Monday it was barring two members of the Russian armed forces from getting into the U.S. for his or her alleged involvement in human rights violations in Ukraine.

Russian Colonel Azatbek Omurbekov and Russian Guard Corporal Daniil Frolkin allegedly dedicated extrajudicial killings of unarmed Ukrainian civilians within the Ukraine city of Andriivka, the State Department mentioned.
